Minimal luxury by the Acropolis

The apartment is divided into thematic sections inspired by the Athenian culture and the four seasons. The master bedroom (the black&white room) is designed with modern minimalism, offering a double bed, special lighting installation, amenities, dressing table with mirrors, drawers for storage, and a fantastic view of the Acropolis. The second bedroom (the colorful room) is also designed with modern minimalism, offering a double bed, special lighting installation, large wooden closets, wide screen TV, a separate balcony with table and chairs and wooden floors.

In the luxurious living room you get the chance to relax and unwind. Please note that the couch can turn into a bed for two people. It also includes two large comfortable armchairs (one of them is a rocking chair), original stools and a modern wall composition, referring to the Acropolis. You can also get updated on the news or watch a movie (a DVD player is available) on the 43 inch TV, which is mounted on the wall. On the minimalist small table you will find information for the historic center of Athens, the Acropolis and other attractions, as well as a city map for your convenience. Sit back and relax in this spacious room, where the specially designed hidden - LED lighting will help you unwind after your long walks in the historic center of Athens.

Our kitchen can meet the expectations of the most demanding chef! Fully equipped with modern electrical and household appliances, it is made with luxurious marble, wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, hidden - LED lighting, while its ceiling, with separate lighting refers to a seminar -like kitchen. It offers: a ceramic stove and oven, fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric juice maker, a kettle, all cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery of all kinds. Once you have prepared your delicacies, you can enjoy your meals in our spacious dining room!

The flat offers a deluxe marble master bathroom with a large shower, a cabin and a washing machine, where the lighting is built-in in the ceiling. It also has a wc with the same marble luxury liner.

Extra - special tip !!!

Along with the keys to the flat, you also get the key to the terrace. Our terrace has one of the best views of the Acropolis in Athens!!! (check out the photos)! In a specially designed area (table, chairs, sun umbrella) you can enjoy your meal and feel the awe of the spectacular view of the Acropolis!! Please note, that you are requested to strictly obey the quiet - siesta hours and the rules for keeping the roof area clean and proper.

Bus-Metro Minimum 35' min (depending on the island, walking to the ferry can add up to 30 minutes extra time).

During your stay, you will enjoy being right at the heart of Athens, the Acropolis and the historical center, the world known Acropolis museum and the beautiful Dionysiou Areopagitou street. You are just 2 minutes, walking distance from the entrance to Acropolis, the Herodion theatre (where most of the Athens Festival performances take place), the Zeus Temple, Plaka, Anafiotika, 5 min from the parliament, the National garden and next to the Acropolis hill. The location is ideal for those, who want to explore the city by walking around the surrounding area of historic interest such as; Plaka, Monastiraki, Thissio, the ancient market of Athens, as well as the museum of Acropolis. Furthermore, within 1 minute walk from the flat you can choose from a vast variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. The close-by supermarket is open daily till 23.00 and one of the best bakeries in Athens is just across the street.

You are right in the Historical Athens center & everything is easily accessed on foot. Plaka (the old Athenian neighborhood), Monastiraki (a lively and vibrant downtown area), Ermou (the city's main shopping street) and Kolonaki (the high-end Athenian area for both day and nightlife) - to name a a few, are all destinations to keep in your agenda during your stay.

Most importantly, please note that this is one the safest neighborhoods, feel free to walk around with your friends and family, with no worries.
